The goal of Big Al's Peddle Power is to create special education awareness and raise money for iPads. I am a special education teacher and have seen first hand the power of an iPad in the hands of the student with special needs. This is especially true for kindergarten aged special education students because of the larger touch screen. There are apps to help with communication, writing, reading, math and many many other skills.

Festival of Lights
Loads of fun tonight at the palm springs Festival of Lights parade. Enjoyed the elderly gentleman I gave a lift to the VFW and the other nice folks. My family and friends also enjoyed the ride.
